Have you bought a dairy animal and you are now quickly “swimming” in milk? Do you want to consume RAW dairy products, but you are having trouble finding them? Or are you concerned about what is in your food and want to learn to make more of it at home? We want to help!
We are here to help make it super easy and have some fun along the way.
We have been living on our farm for 8+ years and have been gathering experience and knowledge to live off what our farm can produce. A large part of this is creating products from our lovely Alpine dairy goats and Guernsey cow (Ginger).
We will talk briefly about animal health and safe handling of raw milk.
In this class we will cover butter (cow), chocolate pudding (goat), mozzarella (cow), Velveeta (goat). Through the HANDS-ON practice of these 4 products you will gain the knowledge to continue to make them for yourself or move on to more intermediate products. And…you will leave with samples to take home and share with your family.
Cost is $60 and includes all materials
Class will take approximately 3 hrs and will be in compliance with COVID – 19 regulations.
